Then:
15 count down to 1 of the following execises:

Tuck Jumps
Tire Flips
Ankles to Bar (heel clickers)
Burpees

Then:
4X 60 seconds on 60 seconds off 25 meter shuttle run

End with:
Recovery/Cooldown exercises
