20 Meter Weighted Lunge X 3 Sets
20 Meter Over Head Weighted Lunge W/ Bar Bell X 1 Set
Then:
12 Front Squat X 5 Sets with 2:00 mins between sets
Then:
15 Dead Lift X 3 Sets (lifting body weight minimum)
10 Straight Leg Dead Lift X 3 Sets
