Speed Work/ Intervals

Sprints:
2 x 400m
4 x 200m
5 x 100m

***For sprints time yourself... Rest period should be twice the sprinting time e.g. run for 30sec and rest for 1min.

Then:
15 min circuit non-stop of
5 x Churpees
10 x Box Jumps
25m Tire Pull
200m Run
