20m Over Head Weighted Lunge (Bar Bell)


Then:

6 x Over Head Squat


Then:
3 Sets of:
15 x Front Squat w/ 1 min rest between sets


Then:
3 Sets of:
12 x Straight Leg Dead Lift from platform
