Strength

Warm Up:
1. Run 1/4 Mile
2. 4 x BB Complex (95, 105, 105, 115 lbs)

Then 5 Rounds of:
5 x deadlifts @ 185lbs
10 x Goblet Squats w/ KB
1:00 min Pull-Up (30 sec up 30 sec down)

Then 5 Rounds of:
5 x FS @ 115lbs (go up in weight as needed)
10 x KB Step Ups
25m OH Walking Lunges

Then Cooldown:
3 Sets of 20 x Hamstring Curls
10 x Side Bends on Steroids ( 5ea. Side)
90 Sec Front Plank
