10 SLDL (Straight Leg Dead Lifts)
10 W/ Squat Jumps (Weighted Squat Jumps)
100 Rope Jumps

Work up to heavy front squat

5 Sets:
3 Front Squat
12 W/ Lunge Jumps

50 Meter Sprint
