Power Endurance

50 x Clean and Press @ 65lbs
50 x Box Jumps
50 x Floor Wipes
30 x (Ring) Pull-Ups
30 x Elevated Push-Ups
50 x GHD Sit-Ups
30 x Ring Dips
20 x Hanging Leg Raises
800m Run

***All repititions may be cut in half for those at the beginner fitness levels... This is a very grueling and intensive workout, do not be fooled by its intesity... Be smart and adjust fire as necessary.
