Power Endurance

3 sets of:
20 Goblet Squats
10 Tuck Jumps

Then:
Pyrmaid of 10 down to 1 repetitions
Pull Up + Knees to Elbows (Perform a Pull Up then while hanging raise your knees to your elbows = 1 Rep

Then:
Reps- 50;40;30;20;10 of
Wall Ball + Ball Slam (Standing 2 feet from wall throw medicine ball up 15-20 feet at wall catch then slam the ball to the ground= 1 rep)
