Warm Up: 4 sets of
10 x KB Swings
10 x Goblet Squats
5 x Deadlifts (strict 95lbs)
5 x Pull-Ups

[Stretch]

Then: 5 Sets of following exercise groups
1. Dead Lift (up in weight each set)
Shoulder Press (strict 85lb)

2. 5 x KB Floor Press
5 x Bent Over Rows
