100 x Push-Ups (Split evenly amongst elevated, 1 leg, and regular)
100 x Sit-Ups (50 Regular, 50 Weighted)
100 x Prisoner Squats
1.5 Mile Run @70-80%
.75 Mile Run @ 40-50% (Last 200m @ 100%)
